the network

Every kind of emergency. One network that answers it.

A client doesn’t have to know who to call. They press one button — gardy works out what kind of help is needed and sends the nearest available responder from the network.

Security companies

Rapid-response crews for threats, harassment, conflicts, break-ins and anyone who feels unsafe. The backbone of the network.

  • Armed and unarmed patrol crews
  • Arrival tracked live on the map
  • Every response on video

Ambulances

Private and partner medical crews for sudden illness, injuries and situations where the client is alone and can’t explain what’s wrong.

  • Medical profile sent ahead of arrival
  • Emergency contact notified
  • Hand-off to state services if needed
selected regions

Police

Where local rules allow, gardy passes calls straight to the police — with the client’s location, profile and the incident record attached.

  • Direct integration in some regions
  • Security crew holds the scene until police arrive
  • Full incident log for the report

VERIFIED EMERGENCY PROVIDER · QUALITY MARK · IPEPC MEMBER
the quality mark

Every responder in the network is an IPEPC member.

IPEPC is the association that brings together the emergency companies working in the gardy network. Membership is a quality mark: before a company takes its first call, it is checked — and it stays accountable to the association for every response after that.

Licensed and verifiedLicences, legal standing and liability cover checked before joining.
Shared response standardsOne protocol for arrival, conduct on scene and hand-off — in every country.
Measured on every callArrival time, outcome and client feedback logged for each response.
Accountable to the associationProviders that fall below the standard lose their membership — and their calls.

For an insurer this means one thing: you don’t vet hundreds of local companies yourself. The IPEPC mark already did.

the ecosystem

gardy isn’t an app. It’s the whole ecosystem around an emergency.

The person asking for help, the company that responds and the control room that coordinates it all work on one platform. That is why a call becomes a crew on the scene in minutes — in any city of the network.

The client app

One big button. The call goes out with the client’s location, profile and emergency contact attached — no explaining, no searching for numbers.

White-label solutions

The gardy app under your name. You give it to your policyholders — the network, dispatch and IPEPC standards behind it stay exactly the same.

  • Your name, logo and colours
  • Your policyholders and your data
  • No app development on your side

Dispatch dashboards

The control room sees every call, every crew and every arrival on one screen. AI routing proposes the fastest crew; the dispatcher confirms.

for insurers

Your own emergency app. Our network behind it.

We don’t sell insurers the gardy app — we give you yours. Your policyholders install an app with your name on it; gardy’s dispatch and the IPEPC network do the work behind the button.

01

Your brand, not ours

A white-label app with your name, logo and colours. Your policyholders see you when help arrives — no app development, no dispatch centre, no provider contracts.

02

A new product line

Add emergency response to home, travel, health, auto or personal-safety policies — or sell it as a standalone add-on.

03

Fewer and smaller claims

A crew on the scene in minutes stops a break-in, a fight or a medical emergency before it becomes an expensive claim.

04

Evidence on every incident

Time-stamped log, location track and video of each response — for fast, fair claim handling and less fraud.

how it works

Four steps. Seconds, start to finish.

step 1

The policyholder presses the button

In your app, under your brand. The call reaches the gardy system with the client’s location attached.

step 2

The dispatcher sees the full picture

Photo, address, medical notes, vehicle and emergency contact — on one screen, in the control room nearest to the client.

step 3

The right service, the fastest crew

Security, ambulance or police — whichever is needed. The algorithm reads live traffic and picks the crew that gets there first.

step 4

Help arrives — and it’s all on record

The responder arrives with the client’s profile and route. The whole incident is logged and available to you.

FAQ

Questions insurers ask first.

Which countries does the network cover?

The network grows region by region as IPEPC members join. Tell us where your policyholders are — we’ll show current coverage there and the launch plan for regions that are not live yet.

Does police response work everywhere?

No. Direct hand-off to the police depends on local law and agreements, so it works in some regions only. Everywhere else a security crew holds the scene and the client or the crew calls the police the usual way.

Whose app do our policyholders install?

Yours. For insurers we work white-label only: the app carries your name, logo and colours, and your policyholders stay your clients. gardy’s network, dispatch and IPEPC providers run behind it.

How is it priced?

Per insured client, per response, or a mix — depending on the product and the expected call volume. We model it together with your actuarial team.

What does IPEPC membership guarantee?

That the provider has been checked before joining, works to the shared response standard and is measured on every call. Providers that drop below the standard lose membership and stop receiving calls.
